Resident's Forum

Every quarter, Alconbury Weald master developer Urban&Civic holds a Resident Forum meeting to bring the community the latest news from around the development and share information on forthcoming events and activities.

The December Resident Forum included a Community Showcase with 25 groups and clubs coming along to highlight their activities and encourage residents to get involved.

There are a diverse range of activities available for all ages, interests and abilities – from sport and fitness to more creative past times and support groups, there really is something for everyone looking to take up a new hobby and make new friends in the new year.

Natalie Leigh-Brown, Community Development Lead for Alconbury Weald, said: “I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who came along to our December Resident Forum. The Community Showcase was a great way for residents to find out more about the wide range of activities that are available at Alconbury Weald, and it was fantastic to see so many clubs and groups represented.

“The new year is always a great time to take on a new sport or hobby and hopefully the Community Showcase will give people some ideas of what they might like to join. We’re always on the lookout for new clubs and societies to give our residents lots of opportunities for fitness, creativity and fun and hope to have even more to showcase at future Resident Forums.”
