Children across Alconbury Weald are being encouraged to discover the joy of reading this summer as the community library takes part in the annual Summer Reading Challenge again this year. Open to children aged four to 11, the nationwide initiative inspires young readers to enjoy books throughout the school holidays. This year's theme, "Read to the Beat", celebrates music, creativity and self-expression, with stories featuring characters who overcome challenges and follow their dreams through the power of music.
