Alconbury Weald’s Food Festival goes large

The highly anticipated Alconbury Weald Food Festival is back and better than ever! Join the summer celebrations from midday to 6pm on Saturday, 29 June on Watch Office Green and enjoy an afternoon of delicious food and drink, lively music and fun activities.

Organised in partnership with Off The Beaten Truck, this year’s Food Festival promises an unforgettable experience with a vibrant mix of food trucks, a pop-up bar, bustling food market, live music and family-friendly activities.

Indulge your taste buds with an exciting selection of dishes from some of the best food trucks in the region. From wood-fired pizza and traditional fish and chips to tasty toasties, bao buns and delicious fusion flavours of South Africa and Jamaica, there’s something for everyone. And don't forget to save room for dessert! Treat yourself to a variety of goodies, including warm churros and sweet treats.

Explore the vibrant food market, featuring an array of fresh produce, homemade chilli sauces, artisan breads, classic cakes, fudge and more. This is the perfect opportunity to discover new flavours, stock up on supplies for the summer and support local businesses.

As well as the culinary delights available, music will be played throughout the day. A live DJ, Alconbury Weald’s resident band making its debut performance and a local singer covering 1960s and 1970s summer hits will provide the perfect soundtrack for the event. There’s also lots to keep younger visitors entertained with a giant trampoline, face painting and giant lawn games.
