Sun shines for Gran Fondo cycle event at Alconbury Weald

Alconbury Weald played host to riders on Sunday as part of the Tour of Cambridgeshire Gran Fondo World Series cycle race.  The sun shone on riders competing to qualify for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships in the 80.2 mile long race.  There was also an option to participate over a shorter route of 58.2miles (93.66km) is also available for leisure riders.
