Keeping Alconbury Weald tidy

George Holman, Graduate Project Manager for Alconbury Weald master developer Urban&Civic, joined a team of six from Lindum for a community litter pick in the parks and play spaces near Swynford Coffee, helping to keep some of the development’s popular outdoor spaces looking their best.

Lindum is currently working on the new shops and health centre above the Co-op in The Glade, and the litter pick was a great opportunity for the team to get involved in the community. In just over an hour, they collected seven bags of rubbish, making a visible difference to some of Alconbury Weald popular public spaces.

There are plenty of bins around the development that are emptied regularly, and everyone is encouraged to use them or take their rubbish home where appropriate. Small actions like this help keep the neighbourhood clean, green and welcoming for everyone.
