The first phase of new homes were unveiled over the weekend to record numbers of interested buyers. Hopkins Homes, the first housebuilder at Alconbury Weald were impressed with the number of people attending the launch event and have had to release more plots to keep up with demand. Hopkins Homes are the first of three housebuilders that will be working at Alconbury Weald this year. The first residents will be moving in at the same time as the new primary school, Ermine Street Church Academy, is opening.
